That's a lot of surgery for an 18 year old!
Surgery often ages people, which is ironic in a way. I've yet to see it make someone look better,
Society pressures you to grow fast. I mean, there are so many people lusting after teens, it's disgusting.

It's actually the dressing style, and knowledge of things that makes one look older than they are some ofcourse by genetic if you compare an 19 old girl in the 80s to 90s they were still considered as children who Didnot make much decisions but now it's more like each one is for themselves so the mind matures and currently people hit gym soon enough and develop muscles and body so there is huge difference in standards not only makeup but kids earlier didn't care much about other stuff as now they are highly focused on being sexy or hot and those instagram models changed the playing field for ever, once there was a time people mostly used to climb on trees and roam around parks playing like children now everybody acts so superficial and are concerned with looks and popularity innocence has lost that's what makes it look different but it's the current society now
So for one she has a ton of makeup on and dresses more mature, that's just become a standard. Put her in an oversized t-shirt with no makeup and she look at least 5 years younger.
Secondly, it kinda looks like she had at least done something to her lips, but that could just be culture difference.
Thirdly, camera/angles/lighting, in the past 5-10 years, we have gained such an overwhelming amount of knowledge and such a big increase in camera quality that everyone is posing all the time, etc. That an average 15 y. o. girl now probably knows more about modelling than 100 years ago a women knew after 10 years in the business.
All these things together are just slowly grounding themselves more in society and together making them appear older.
They skip the weird awkward phase. The power of the internet. I was like 14/15 when I started watching makeup tutorials. And they weren't good ones. Now there's so many videos teaching people how to apply makeup right and in a way that obviously makes you look older
Because she is wearing too much makeup and Chances are her skin is overtreated with chemicals. When you over treat your skin with chemicals at a young age, it ages.
And at 18, her face is not fully formed anywhere close to her full formation. Most girls reach their full facial development by early 20s. This means that her face WILL change as she hit 21/22. Some girls, not all, go through a transformation where they get really beautiful by then. Same thing happen to me.
-typically a girls body matures faster then a boys body.
-wearing makeup and accessories can also help.
-clothing options can play a role as well.
-but a good amount of it is the extra female hormones in the food supply. most meats and daily are full of them. vegetarian and vegan food also have a high amount also. like soy for instants.
-if they exercise regularly that can also impact. how their body develops over time.
with a high intake of protein for muscle growth.
Its because there first sexual feelings first sex hormones are starting to tingle, so the sexual awakening and hormones female testerounes, rush all over taking a lot faster than there parents, as girls see sexual girls more sex on TV , and start sex ed when 12 or 13 y old
I think it's the makeup and the way the dress or the way they act. People used to think I was already 18 when I was 15 too and used to love it when people said that to me. I think when we think of certain ages like 15,16,17 we still see them as really young and childish people but maybe that's just the way they should look I don't know.
i think its just society, like what i mean is- back then it wasn't pushed on you as much to grow up, and that being an adult is better. today it is, and especially the clothing trends have changed a lot, so more of what the older girls would wear, is now appropriate for the younger girls to wear. not hating on anyone, jsut saying.

most of them wants to be adult because they saw adult women looks so pretty and they idolised adult women and their family did not teach them.. so this is why so many girls skipping their teenager life. and also they started to have sex early, having out of wedlock children in early age...
Well people mislead me for looking older than I am too, I’m part of the younger generation so it’s understandable I don’t know what happened to us but makeup is part of it but I’ve had a very matured body since I was 14
I’ve always looked older because I’m really tall, I would always get mistaken for being older since I was like 7, I think girls my age got into makeup and fashion and a certain lifestyle at a very young age so it kinda just stuck
Since I was 12 people started mistaking me for years older just the other day, I was asked if I was 22 but a customer at my uncles work (mind you I'm only 16)

I thought she was in her early 30’s... she looks about the same age as my 32 year old bikini mode friend. Apparently not. Not a criticism as obviously the makeup and photography does this for that effect, but I was frankly surprised she is just 18.

Evolution, tons of makeup, good genetics, and lots of luck. I can pass as a 10 year old sometimes, and I can also pass as a 16 year old. It depends on the factors though.

I've never seen an 18 year old with lips that thick. That's either massive luck or hella botox.
For one thing, that particular girl is wearing WAY TO MUCH makeup for me. But people generally dress older so they pull it off

@nella965 Unfortunately, there is not one specific age where brain development is fully complete. At the time of birth, most of the brain’s cells are developed and almost all of the neurons the brain will ever have are present.
However, these cells and neurons are not fully connected within the brain and require additional time to form their connections.
Drinking age is BS in reference to this.
The legal age used to be 21. It only changed to 18 because there were underage soldiers being drafted (18 yr olds). After the war their demanded that if they fought the war , they should have the right to be considered adults. This in no way shape of form means that 18 yr olds are adults. This is why the drinking age remains 21. If you cannot be trusted with alcohol , then why should you mentally be an adult? The minimum age to become a cop is also 21. Because you’re honestly still just a kid below 21. 18 yr olds are immature and know nothing.
I have been 21 and also 18. I can attest that 21 was when i was mature enough to make the right decisions in life.
The brain fully matured into adulthood at 25. But it’s not until 21, that you are ANYWHERE NEAR mature.

@nella965 there’s a lot of factors involved. Addiction, mental health, experience, education, environment, how you were raised, etc. they just picked an age in my opinion.
