Girls actually age and how old they look, why is that?

I've met a couple of girls on the course of the past month, most of them when i looked at them
Looked at least 5-7 years older than the age they actually were
What would be the reason that a girl's body develops that much?

The most likely explanation is that you are a poor judge of a girl's age.

If you are referring to underage girls, from 12-13 they already have adult bodies, this is because they finish growing before men, in addition, they are already of reproductive age.

Our bodies don't really change that much from around age 16 to the first baby after age 30.
