there's this girl that likes me. I was the first one to speak to her and she blew me off but quickly started showing interest after. I ignored her because I'm shit at talking to girls and I just get nervous ALL the time. I asked someone to tell her I wanted to talk to her and she waited for me to walk by one night. I walked past her THREE... NOT ONE... BUT THREEEEE TIMES. She didn't get toooo pissed about it but obv she has to be upset. I then sent another message but she told the messenger and myself to leave her alone in reply. I keep seeing her and letting her go by because I'm nervous and think at this point she resents me... I would give up but she's a gem. A diamond in the rough... sweeter than sugar and as beautiful as a girl can possibly be... I can't let her slip away. Can I fix it?

A personal story, there was a guy in high school who I had a crush on. We talked every day on the bus and sat next to each other. He let me borrow one of his video games. There was a dance coming up and I got flirty, but he seemed a bit awkward. The next day, he didn't sit next to me on the bus. He never sat by me again. One year later, he approached me and said "sorry, I had a crush on you but didn't know how to act/respond so I avoided you"(or something along those lines). I told him I liked you too! We never got together, but we might have if he didn't avoid me.

Honestly I wouldn't say I'm nervous about it in general... I just don't knkw how to talk to a girl just right off the bat like that. I've had girlfriends before and I was very confident and forward with them but I didn't "walk up" and talk to them in real life. I have zero experience doing it and it gets worse year after year because I'm reluctant to try because of the lack of experience. Im 21. Not the age I have on here.
