I have a crush on my colleague. We are both shy. She often doesn't read my messages on Facebook 🙈, but yesterday she finally sent me a friend request.
If i send her a new message, will she read it? Or better only real life conversation?

Hi 🙂 depends how close you and this colleague are and if she’s interested in you. I’d establish that first before private messaging her.. you don’t want to make her feel uncomfortable. Be careful with dating someone in your office, the fallout can be damaging to your emotions and career.
