Why is she ignoring my texts?

I won't get super into it but there's a chick I work with who seems friendly and flirty in person, but I've been noticing lately that she's been ignoring my texts, after work I texted her and got a flirty response but yesterday and today she ignored the 1 text each day I sent her, why?

if she still manages to text you back she is probably playing hard to get but if she doesn't text you back at all or keeps it very short then she is not into you

its more like on and off, she seems to like talking to me in person though but we are at work so I guess its possible she's just trying to be nice

She may not want to seem too into you or desperate.

she might just be an outgoing person and isn't really into you. When girls don't text back its usually because they don't want to. Try not to text her so often.
