Girls, My female gym teacher saw me nude. She didn't look away until I wrapped my towel around my waist. Is this normal?

She does come into the changing rooms (usually warns) but never the shower. I must not of heard and I walked out to the changing room nude with my towel round my face and when I noticed her she was just staring at me having a good look and then I covered up. I don't know if she was being perv or just embarrassed.

Yes, that does sound perverted to me. Really, she shouldn't be coming in the guys' locker room at all, even if she doesn't come into the shower. That's just asking for trouble since the students are minors. She shouldn't create situations in which she might see any of the male students naked. It seems like she knows what she's doing and is intentionally trying to get a peek at the naked guys.
