Girl's Behavior

Do guys care if a girl is skinny yet she has a bloated belly (I wasn't sure how to word this)?

I have a competition coming up, but recently I found out that we have specific uniforms for it. Each girl has to wear a sports bra with spandex. The spandex thing doesn't bother me because we always wear those, but I've never really worn a sports bra with a shirt over because I'm slightly bloated on my belly. It also made me a bit more nervous because before I found this out, I invited my crush to come out and watch. Most girls I know have flat bellies, and tiny boobs so I don't think they would understand if I talked to them about it.. Do any other girls deal with bloated bellies even though they are skinny. Also guys what would y'all think if a girl has a big belly, yet she is skinny?
