My boyfriend is TOO relaxed

Me and my boyfriend have been together about 2 and a half years. He is very loyal, never flirts with other girls and treats me well, but there's just one thing. He is very laid back and sometimes I feel like he makes very little effort with me. It is always me who has to call him, text him and ask when we are meeting up and he is very reluctant to plan in advance. He says he loves me but he seems to just want to see me a minimum amount of time a week. Also he always wants to invite his friends out when we go out, which really bugs me because I really value having 'us' time, and he doesn't seem to care if we never hang out just the two of us. Is there anything I can do to change this?

you can not fix this. Stop trying to manipulate. If you can not cope with it, leave him.

I have several times, and it may change for a week or so but then it goes back to the same old..
