Why is my boyfriend acting extra nice lately?

Before he wasn't really talkative, he wasn't a bad guy but he wasn't like the way he is now and this is kinda sudden, also for awhile he was being a bit of a jerk and now he's acting so nice and its freaking me out now he is being very attentive and loving and he also started doing more sweet things for me, I don't know what I should think of this but maybe some one on here will have a good answer, thanks to any one who who answers.

Yeah I do get upset when he acts like a jerk like I wouldn't talk to him whenever he would say our do something stupid so maybe he did finally realize, lol I will be enjoying this thanks for your answers

My boyfriend and I have been dating for over a year. He has been unusually affectionate, expressive, and attentive, lately. At first I thought he was sick, but he's been better and better. He now does anything to spend time with me. We both work and are in law school full time. We study together every day, but he still makes the time for me and is more alert to all my needs.

It's hard to say what it could be without knowing him our your relationship.

Like someone else said- it could be sort of an awakening for him. How have you been with him when he acts like a jerk? If you have been distant or upset with him, or talking to other guys more, maybe he realized he needs to clean up his act before he loses you.

Ask him why the change and see what he says.

Why would that freak you out? enjoy it girlie lol, its just a guy thing prob, my best guy friend does that, he will act like ajerk but then realize he did and feel bad about it so he will be reallly nice and sweet for a while lol

Maybe it finally occurred to him that he should be treating you better. He could of had one of those "I woke up one day and realized what an a**hole I was" moments.
