My girlfriend has been acting very nonchalant and less caring to me. I Dont know why she's acting this way?

I've spoken to her to figure what's wrong and she responds with "I'm fine" or "nothing?" Like she acts bipolar against me I don't know what to say with her she even had the audacity to think about other men etc.

Do you remember any arguments or conversations recently in which she tried to get you to see her point of view on something, or where she became irritated over something you did, and you didn't really show her that you saw her point of view or cared? It could even be something she's talked to you about many times before and she caught you doing it again. O it could be something as simple as her catching you messaging a girl, or liking a particular post, or something along these lines that for her is the last straw. Alternatively, it could also have to do with her feeling inadequate or somehow not good enough for you recently, but even so, it still means that there is something amiss with the relationship. A girl doesn't act distant and talk about other men unless there is something wrong and she is feeling like the only option is to jump ship. So, I really think that you should try to hash it out with her, because if she is too mentally compromised to even attempt to hash out what it is that is causing her to pull away, be it personal doubts, family issues, or something that you did, she can't be in a relationship. Without open communication, there can be no relationship.

That's True and I've did my best to understand her point of view but she never knows how to communicate it to me like literally never knows. And I've left her on read one time because she did it to me and I care about her all the time it's just she has these moments where she dry text me or shows no concern

Things are rocky, so I understand it's difficult. In relationships, we sometimes do things we know we shouldn't do due to waves of emotion that consume us in the moment. I understand that you left her message unread because she did the same to you, but this kind of back-and-forth, tit-for-tat, as I'm sure you realize, is juvenile. I think it's time you consider your own feelings about the relationship and what you want to do. When someone is unwilling to meet you halfway, then the ball is automatically in your court, because while she may think she is stalling and being indecisive, her behavior is very decisively saying, "I accept this relationship ending because I can't bring myself to hash anything out with you because I won't or I can't." So now, it's your choice. You can try to apologize for leaving her post unread and for any other things you can remember that may have irritated her and say you want to get to the core of the problem and heal what you both have because it's important to you and hope it inspires her to open up. Or, alternatively, maybe your plans for the relationship are to advise her to come back to you in the future once she works out her issues solo. Or, it may be to make a clean break with her now, or to present some kind of ultimatum. Regardless, it's your choice, as there can be no relationship because she's shut it down.
