My female friend has been acting really strange lately? Does she like me?

My friend ( 17 ) , she has been my friend for a while now I guess 3 years.

Lately she has been acting weirdly. She is always playing with my hair , giving me kisses on cheek , sometimes she just comes and sits on my lap despite there being a empty seat nearby.

Not only that , she has been asking me weird questions about her. I asked her if she likes me and she just laughed it off but she has been acting shyly around me lately , I can tell that much.
She was never shy before.

What do you guys think? What should I do?

Sounds like she does like you. Not sure what you can do about it now because you already asked her if she likes you and she stupidly didn't answer so if she wants you she made a bit of a mistake there. Unless you're brave enough to ask again in a more private, serious setting then go for it.
