We’re both girls and she’s one of my best friends. We were on the phone and the topic of surgeries to enhance your body to look more attractive came up where I expressed that I wouldn’t get any done due to me simply not feeling the need to do it. She then says that I have a nice body and I don’t need any surgery done. Is she hinting something or was it just a compliment?

If that’s the only thing she’s done, I would say she was probably just complementing you as your friend. But if there have been other signs that are on the same level or more than I would say maybe she likes you as more than a friend
