A lot of women can't hold up a conversation?

I just wanna know if this is the same for a lot of people or just me.

I think I a lot of men confuse a woman’s disinterest for lack of conversational skills. I’m a social butterfly and I can talk for hours on end, but if I’m not interested then I won’t put any effort into the conversation. Lots of people think I’m just shy or quiet, but in reality I just didn’t want to talk to them. I often find that it’s typically men that can’t hold a conversation. They repeatedly ask “wyd?” for hours on end, or keep attempting to turn platonic conversation into a sexual conversation, just generally being boring, or speaking without thinking and saying tons of rude and offensive shit.

See why not just tell the person then. Just be straight up about it and tell the dude you're not interested. If they get upset or annoying block them its simple as that.

Sometimes I do, and yet they still think they can convince me to like them if they just keep talking. Sometimes I don’t because I’ve experienced men getting violent or stalkerish after I reject them. I literally just had to buy mace yesterday because I rejected a guy and so he got out of his car and then followed me screaming at me and tried to take my dog.

Lol if I ever text wyd you can kick me in the nuts. General greeting of ‘how are you’ is acceptable but then gotta add content to the conversation. We live 24 hour days, there shouldn’t be an occasion when there’s nothing up talk about. Like today I got a haircut, just finished eating tacos and will be watching the debate tonight: boom, three topics to discuss that each could launch an hour conversation. The key is to share openly, listen actively, and don’t worry about being judged as being too silly.

@DavidFox Often times a guy will text me “wyd”, I’ll say what I’m doing, and then they’ll say something along the lines of “dats kool”. And then the conversation goes nowhere, and by then I’ve probably lost interest and don’t think it’s worth the effort to attempt to slide it up.

Frankly that’s lame for a guy to do. He’s gotta learn that seduction is fun and can last for 20 hours before you see him. The entire English language is available to get your mind thinking naughty thoughts if that’s his game plan. Otherwise lol just gotta learn how to have a polite conversation. lol guess what’s sexy these days guys? Complete sentences with good grammar and spelling.

See but it is for me because I'm a pretty good conversationalist and I can easily keep a conversation going with an abundant amount of questions or conversation starters so whether its on tinder, snaps chat etc they just can't do it in my opinion they expect the guy to do the work and that's not me I want a back and forth not just a brick wall

If you filter out the thirsty on both sides I would say girls dominate not being ablr to hold a conversation. I rarely get one word answers from guys, often with girls.
If you filter back in the thirsty people. Men dominate shit conversation.

@Silvershadegirl I disagree. Too many women go on a date expecting to be "entertained", and fed, and have drinks, all with the man providing. The woman just thinks she has to show up.

Well, there are definitely people for whom that's true. And I suppose it's possible that it's more common among women; I don't usually spend much time with those people, so I don't know. If you're noticing this often, maybe you need to start interacting with a better class of women.

This is brutally true. The more physically attractive women have never had to develop a personality as just showing up was always good enough. As you get older a woman who has nothing to say and can't hold a conversation (no matter how pretty she is) gets really fucking old.

I definitely find it true. Most women who suck at conversations don't seem to realize they suck at conversations simply because guys usually respond to her no matter what she says

@Koda1 That's online dating for you. Most women have 10x the amount of matches most guys have. They really don't have to do anything. Guys will be hitting them up constantly.

@Koda1 Everything about online dating is superficial and shallow. People who find an honest genuine partner on Tinder etc are actually really damn lucky. I used to have Tinder and I must come clean, I had a lot of matches and it was pathetic how little I hit up others. My inbox thing was flooded 24/7, I did hit up ones who came off as really interesting, but here's the thing - guys I hit up were 12/10. It is unfair and I 100% realise it now that it is very difficult for normal good guys to get a fair chance. That's why most of them end up working for it. It is unfair. I don't use online sites for dating anymore, I got tired of how shallow others were and how shallow I became.

@Marilynjuana see im not shallow at all lol. My type of woman is extremely broad and one of the thing is I like to have a conversation and get to know a person and you're 100% correct people online dating is shallow. You are a very smart and interesting individual
