I have a hard time distinguishing the picture and I have not idea what it really represents. Even with a picture correction program, I am unable to determine what this is supposed to represent.

However, the term "wedgie" leads me to believe that this could be some kind of underwear but I highly doubt that those underwear could really stretch that much.

In view of the unrealistic depiction, I am quite certain that it could not be something that would actually be possible.
