Actually they do. Legally speaking, I have 100% legal justification to kill someone if I am at risk or have a reasonable assumption of death, serious bodily harm or rape.

I don't know where you're from, but on basic legal terms, self-defence is using appropriate and sufficient force to remove yourself from a dangerous situation. You definitely can't justify shooting someone after they've touched you and withdrawn, because they don't pose you any threat, you're just retaliating. Rape and assault you might be able to justify it.

Actually you can. Some states don’t have duty to retreat laws. Mine doesn’t. If you come on my property, or sexually assault me on the street, and I can demonstrate I feel like you’re a threat to my safety, I can kill you. That is considered justifiable homicide, and I’ll be let free as a bird.

-> I think it is fair since women in general are physically weaker than men. There are exceptions but only a few most women are really physically weaker than men. Some thin and weak looking men are stronger than fat and big women.
