Deer in headlights look?

On a occasion when me and this girl at work make eye contact she’ll give me this deer in the headlights look. Just to note, I don’t know her / interacted w/ her. What could this mean?

Maybe she does know you from a brief encounter somewhere or at least thinks she does. Maybe you look like similar to someone who terrifies her or the opposite-She finds you incredibly attractive. Try saying Hello to her as you walk by, if you can. Hard to say.
