Bc its a great way to actually shredd pounds fast... also it keeps u lean.. and it becomes addictive. I can't go more than one day without running or my brain feels out of whack. For me this is a healthy addiction. I also strength train but it can be intimidating some times when I'm in the weight area of the gym and all this muscle heads are in there...
