3rd Wave Feminists = NO THATS SEXIST!!! PIG!! MISOGYNY!! PATRIACHY!!
Everyone else = well that is polite :) very kind of you
If I saw her struggling with whatever she was carrying, I would gladly help out. But if she didn't ask for my help then she can do it alone.
Forget it, it is not your job and not your problem and not worth hurting your back over. Back in the days when women treated men decently I might have said something different, but not now. They can all be "empowered" on their own.
No. Men and women are equal now. They can carry heavy things for themselves.
We should help one another regardless of gender. If I see someone struggling I'd offer to help.
Now imagine you are talking to her and she tells you women are equal to men 🤣
They don't have to help it's just something nice to do
If she's a feminist you absolutely did the right thing. If she's a traditional submissive female, shame on you, you were wrong.
I carry a set of heavy sacks around daily... I don't expect any help with them.
I stopped doing that ages ago. Not my problem. We are all equal. Work your asses off bitches.
Actually if someone’s struggling I’d help even if it wasn't a she
No. They're strong and independent, it would be sexist to even think they need a man's help, right?
I'd probably do the same. I can't be bothered to go out of my way to help women anymore.
No, they can ask, you can say NO... I have Back problems so I always say NO
It's a kind gesture, highly recommend to offer, but not needed
I feel if it looks like they need help, then offer to help. but if they look like they got it don't.
So if a gentlemen is the one who should help women. Then If u don't help a woman, u r no longer a gentleman
Hm shouldn't women help guys? With equality and stuff it makes sense if they open doors for me and show how strong they are.
No, not at all. That would be a micro aggression. Assuming that she needs your help because she is a girl is offensive
Hey that is the new feminism they pushing now so yea, now blame guys for it huh? When will they be strong enough and take responsibility for their actions?
@Honesttguy never. Feminists are all cunts
If he was a gentleman he should just help regardless of it being heavy
What is gentleman what does it eat? And where it lives?
Of course men should help women. Only a gentleman is sexy!
Sure. If she can’t carry it but I’d do it for the opposite sex too.
Would you want us to carry these boxes together?
Offering is the nice and respectable thing to do
It’s not a requirement but it would be helpful.
They don’t have to but it’s nice if they do
I usually offer to help just to show off. Lol
It’s not a law but it’s kind
Ill offer someone help if they clearly need it.
years but she also could have asked for help.
@jprez
A true gentleman would help, yes.
Yes we are supposed to cos without sounding sexist men are naturally bigger and stronger than women so the men should carry heavy shit for them
@JPrez No, a "true gentleman" would be in violation of HR policy.
Respectfully disagree. Been to many many seminars on HR policies, harassment in the workplace, discrimination, employee/employer relations etc etc and don’t see how this would be an issue with lifting objects for another employee unless something is said or there is other behavior involved.
@JPrez My comment is right out of 2021 HR training.
If they want to
I think they should
Yes! Most definitely
@Nazgol. But what if the "creepy" guy offers help?
@KrakenAttackin then you dont accept it
No that’s sexist
Nope, not at all.
Sure
I do
It all depends..
I prefer help
Definitely yes
