What do you think of a woman who sleeps with a new guy every weekend?

My stepsister is 45 years old. She’s on a dating site and every weekend like a clockwork she starts talking to a new guy.
They talk for a few days and get together before the weekend. They have sex, she starts arguing with them the next day and they break up. Sometimes they last two weeks.
I keep telling her this isn’t healthy but she laughs.
What do you think of her pattern?
