Be nice to her but don't encourage her. In 7 years you may be dating. Meanwhile do your best to avoid her hands. You can also tell her to stop but be gentle. Only tell her parents if things get extreme. You could tell her that boys are very sensitive there and that it hurts badly when she does that and that if she doesn't stop it could make it so you can't have kids. Appeal to her good side (if she has one). It is difficult to tell if she really likes you and is curious about your boy parts or if she is one of those twisted sadistic girls who thinks it's funny to hurt boys in that part of the anatomy.
