If you send something like the above (yeah it does sound harsh but it'd most likely help her to move on quicker), definitely remember to block her number, remove and block from all social media and don't reply to her after that. You both need a quick clean break for both your sakes.

Personally speaking though, it's not the ideal attitude to say you couldn't respect her because she slept with you straight away. You should respect everyone. So what if she slept with you straight away, it doesn't make her any less of a person. I have had the same issue with a guy I was in uni with (he did art and I did law), he was hot and we exchanged numbers but my schedule (full time work & uni plus the extra curricular stuff) meant I never replied to his texts quick enough and I didn't have free time. His texts got hostile, aggressive and threatening. I explained everything but then his texts got very nasty. We lived in the same town & I relocated for a few years (only my parents and nephew knew where I was). He keeps changing his number and then has the nerve to send apologetic texts and texts as though nothing happened. I just keep blocking all numbers. It's irritating because it's been a few years since it all started. It's definitely something you should take action on. Wish I did sooner tbh.

I can't answer the mixed signals bit because that baffles me. Sometimes though it is possible for a girl to think a guy is good looking but not sure what she'd want from him (friendship or more) so they flirt a bit to see if they get the buzz of attraction toward the guy.

The sleeping with a friend thing tends to just happen. You're really good friends with the guy, you know each other really well and end up going out on a night out with people. It has happened where both friends are drunk, the guy helps the girl to her room (or wherever they're crashing for the night) and next thing, one kisses the other and then the next morning the girl realises she slept with her best male friend. Both ignore it but then feelings develop from there. That has happened before.
