Depending on context that's a red flag for clingy possessiveness. Just the "you're my everything" part would raise the hairs on my neck a bit. I mean, it's sweet if that's your thing, but I prefer a lady with a bit more autonomy and who also respects mine as well.

It's also a nice compliment, I guess, but sort of weird as well and not something I would expect to hear from any of my lovers. They tend to be a little more personal and, I don't know... (eloquent?) with their praise. Or at least appreciative of my traits beyond the physical.

I would love it. Not because she is validating what I think of myself, but that I am the person she "dreams of".

My ex told me I was big (somewhere else) but I never cared about that, but if it was something she loved about me, I was happy to give it too her.

I would feel great and confident about the first part of that statement but the second part I would be concerned and upset by because honestly I or anyone else for that matter should not be everything that you need although it sounds very flattering it creates a very high expectation for us to try strive for and we might not be able to meet those expectations which may create feelings of impetancy but in the end it depends on the guy as well we're not all the same after all

Several options.
1. she's blind. im tall and skinny. How does she know if I'm strong. I might be weak as fuck. Everything she needs? Again , how would she know. I don't let people get to know me too much.
2. She's trying to soften me up so she can ask for favors ( not sexual favors obviously. Such things are unheard of in my life)
3. she maybe telling the truth but I just don't believe her because of the above 2 points and past experiences with women

Depends on the context and the girl. The psycho who calls you all the time and wants to spend every second with you even when you pee they want to hold it, I wouldn't like it from them. But from a girl who is out of my league, I would dig it.
