I feel like I'm too weak for my size and sex. I am 5'5, weight about 170 pounds.
When I worked out (before not anymore) my squats/leg press and lifting would all be weights about half my own weight (keep in mind when I reached this weight it was at the end of the process).
Even daily stuff like opening a jar is horrible for me. I need to bend my back and use both arms.. it's a struggle. I usually have to ask for help.. or carrying grocery bags etc. I feel really weak.
Also the thing is I feel so much better when I work out for my mental health so I just wonder if there's something wrong with me.. what can I do to change it? I wanna be stronger so I at least can do daily stuff easy without asking for help

5'5" and that weight is not slim. You should see a doctor about it. You might have some issues going on. I'm not qualified to guess so best leave that to someone who knows. Prob going to have you do a blood panel and other checkups. Hope you feel better!
May i need to go for a check up.. recently I have been started doing some basic work outs to reduce my weight.. but it's hurt me because i become sick after doing workouts

Okay so I would start with cardio. Get 30 minutes a day minimum. Even a brisk walk would be good to start. Get yourself a decent fitness tracker. Don't have to spend a ton. Fitbit is really good. It let's you know if you're meeting your goals. Get resistance bands. I know, girly af but cheap and don't take up room. More reps = toned versus mass.
In carido what exercises you do?
I run but also like to swim. Parents have a decent pool. Just a pain in the ass to get cleaned back up with the chlorine in my hair. Running is great and cheap.
That's great i don't how to swim. I started with walking even i tried running but when i run for sometime I'm getting breathing issues so i stopped running and walking

I don't have asthma but my father have it.. maybe little problem i too may have i think so
Very occasionally yoga or pilates. Anything that gets the heart pumping and me sweating.

Noooooo lolz. Never ask a girl her weight. We are so self conscious about it even on the best days! I'm a bit taller. Not much though. My ex was prob an inch taller than you. Wish I could say good dude but he dated me for the wrong reasons.

I use bands so no clue. I just step on them and loop them if I need more. If I had to guess 10lbs?

If I run it's 2 hours or less. I don't go crazy but get a good sweat on. I'm lucky we have a place where I'm from that I can run 13 miles and see the water almost the entire time. I don't run 13 every time or even once a year but I can if I want and that's what matters.
