Caveat, cute girls are cute in scrubs. But if a girl is unattractive actually I think she still looks better in scrubs. But then again, I think any uniform makes a person look more attractive.

Those girls are pretty with nice bodies so yeah anyone would think they’re pretty - pretty not cute. Cute is just like ‘meh’ but those two are at least ‘very pretty’ but I’d say more ‘stunning’ or ‘gorgeous.’

They can be. I used to volunteer at the endoscopy lab of a nearby hospital. Outside the doctors and a radiology tech, I was thr only guy there. About 50% of the women were old enough to be my mother, some with young grandchildren. All those around my age were extremely attractive, but I don't know if the scrubs affected that.

The main point of attraction in a girl is her face and her type of body. You can still see both in scrubs. Can she look even more stunning in a nice dress or clothes? Absolutely. But for me it doesn't change the girl's attraction level.
