Girls, Why does this girl keep looking or smiling to herself we don’t know each other?

I train at the gym I am a athlete (weight lifting and powerlifting) so I have build quite a big physique however naturally. My legs are quite muscular so when I wear shorts I sometimes practice a few poses to see where I could improve or what position looks good and relaxed.

I noticed some girls in the corner I and they kept looking. I don’t pay much attention, I’m there to work out. But then I saw her in the lock supermarket. And she kept looking when we passed. I was minding my own business. Didn’t look at her. But she kept looking.
then when gyms re opened again she saw me in the gym again and I often see her when I go in. But when ever I walk in the room and she’s working out she starts smiling to herself then she stops and looks all serious and in a bad mood. Why does she keep looking , and then again at the super market. Then smiling to herself when I walked in the room then just looked all serious and kept to herself.

That’s awkward I know the cringe feeling anyways at my gym there this nice guy he much older than me but he is super attractive. When I can I will steal glances but I stopped bc I didn’t want to make it awkward and no doubt I know he has a girlfriend. Oh did I mention he is a personal trainer at my gym so he always there I personally thinks he knows something I don’t want to talk to him and I probably won’t ever. He always busy but yea I guess some what I feel for the gal. Um going back to you who cares about my story lol. I didn’t read everything but for the most part I did. So yea I think she definitely finds you interesting so that’s good the question is whether you want to do anything about the situation or not? The ball is in your court can’t you see the girl clearly showed she is shy at making the move to come talk to you and if I were you I could of gave her a wink or flirted with her. Also some girls and me never know if the guy is single or not until speaking and asking but because you can’t just assume and guys aren’t that loyal so your dealing with that too. Even though I seemed to always talk to people at the gym I don’t like it because that is time away from my workout also note some people at the gym just want to mess with you for fun. Anyways I would say if your not interested I would just ignore her so she gets the hint that your not interested in her. But if your single like why not the worst thing that can happen is finding out your not for her. When people act like that it means that they’re nervous and that they definitely find someone attractive so you have a couple options you have to decide what you’re gonna do. Also be nice.

Also I would be flattered if someone was hitting on me or smiling towards me because that doesn’t happen towards me I don’t know if that’s a good thing or a bad thing but if someone’s doing that to you I would need to go ahead and make the move or ifyou are interested. Lol

I never spoke to her , I only ever saw her in the gym or at the store. I didn’t really pay much attention to her because I am there to train and don’t look at others much.

But when I was posing my leg muscles etc I saw her looking. But then I saw her in the store and kept staring.

And now if I walk in to the room and she’s working out she smile to herself but then looks moody and keeps to herself
