Often I will have people from customers to even family members who I haven’t seen in years just come to me and say “You’re so cute and pretty. How old are you?” lol as if I were a little girl and then when I say I’m 24 they’re all like “You look so much younger. I was thinking sixteen.” And I get it’s a compliment to be told that you look younger than you are but sometimes it can be a bit weird and it isn’t like 24 isn’t still young.
Is being called cute really a good compliment if you’re 24?
