Girls, Do you pretend to ignore a guy you like?

This girl i like shows some subtle signs she does like me. Like she would always say hello to me and starts talking to me and only me at work. Now she acts like I'm not there but puts herself situations where it's easy for me to approach her, but acts like I'm not there. The moment I approach her she seems happy to talk to me. When I talk to her she is just staring right into my eyes. What is going on? It feels like an ice breaker everytime we talk and see each other.

It makes me nervous. I've noticed that she puts herself in situations where I could easily go up and talk to her. This ignoring thing she does makes me nervous, as when we first met she was normal towards me and we just naturally clicked when we met. Oh yeah she has been going on her lunch breaks at the exact time as me recently. My mate has seen her eyes widen as she has seen me with a wave and smile. She also did this weird thing when I was talking to another girl at work, the girl I liked came walking up and randomly walked between myself and other girl I was talking to. The girl I liked did not acknowledge either of us and then just continued to walk up the aisle and left. She then went straight to her locker but the aisle we were in was strange route to take to arrive at the lockers.
