Based on my experience the answer is no. On the other hand I dated a black woman who had been a bus driver for the City of New York for 20 years and yes, she was loud sassy! After 20 years with the MTA, I suppose that can be expected.

My ex was black but I can explain her angry behavior is out of jealousy, yet I can’t say that all of them are like that only based on one.
