Hi guys, I am talking to this girl for 3 years, she is from another country. So she blocked me on October 2020 because I was rude to her. Then yesterday I text her with another account. She said that she is very happy that I texted her. We texted a lot. Then I texted her good morning today but I didn't get any reply. I asked why she is not replying me. She said that I can text her but not everyday. Once a week only. What does this mean? Is she interested or not?
