I’ve seen men in shorty shorts too but not that show their butt like that.
It is hot and I’m going to wear whatever I need to stay cool. I’m more modest than the picture you showed but I do like short shorts.

I don't know where you live but guys don’t just walk around shirtless where I’m from unless they’re homeless in which case the women do it too. It’s not illegal for women to be topless in lots of places
Maybe it’s where you live, but I’ve never seen a woman dressing like that. But but but things have gotten more sexualized from when even I was a kid. You don’t think it can get worse, but it does. No one wore thong bikinis on the beach. Some even banned them. Now, you hit high school girls wearing them in public pools.
Still, the cut off shorts. I think that’s more of a south thing? Girls do have a little cheek hanging out here and there when I go shopping, but nothing over the top.

I think it is important to keep an optimum body temperature. Guys can get half naked by simply removing their shirt. Girls can’t. So they get to dress in really small clothes. I mean at least I like to believe it is why they do it. In any case I love it. 😋

I always cover up regardless of the weather and I have the body to show off but I prefer to keep it covered.
Fact is they do it “to feel beautiful”… they have no respect for anyone but themselves and they can’t even do that right.
I don't think this short is suitable for city life tbh but whatever they wear, they must be safe.
I've worn shorts almost that short! What's the point of "shorts" that go down to the tops of your shoes? I say, comfort over fashion!!

They'd either have to wear a loose skirt which invites creeps to secretly take pictures from underneath or they'd wear fit pants which would be too warm. Or they'd wear something like in the picture.
