Girls, is it weird to ask a girl to FaceTime? If she can’t is it weird to ask when she can?

There is this girl I like and I know she likes me back. We talked a lot after class last school year. I know she trusts me but we are both shy and never hung out outside of school because we were both too nervous to ask and also covid. We sometimes messaged each other outside of school and we asked each other questions about class work and stuff. Anyway, I’m the last week of school (a few days ago) I asked if she wanted to hang over the Summer and she said she might be able to and she’d let me know. I might message her next week to see how she’s doing. Would it be weird to ask her to FaceTime or if she’s busy ask her when she can. I asked her to do it once months ago but she said she couldn’t. Will I come off as a stalker? Would it also be a bad idea to ask her when she’s available to hang and also how often is too much to message her? Also we’re both in high school.
