Why does my female co-worker remember the date of my birthday? I have no facebook? we were talking and she very randomly mentioned it?

Is this normal? I don’t remember or know her birthday? I was beyond surprised. We were randomly talking in a group of people and she mentioned it out of no where.

I'm great at remembering birthdays because I love them. I remember quite a few of my coworkers birthdays and I'm not even close to them, lol.
