I'm not sure what type of relationship we have, but is it a good sign when I hadn't talked to her in a couple weeks and then she texts and wishes me happy birthday on the day and asks me what I did to celebrate? Can't expect her to call since we only ever text.

When I tell someone happy birthday it's usually friendly.

And don't think because she remembered your birthday she likes you, but you never know.
