How you guys feel when some girl remembers your birthday?

There's a colleague of mine whom I like. I have been giving him glances and he too. But usually he had turned his eyes away at once if caught. Today was his birthday - and I was the first person to wish him at office. We are not even added on Facebook. He had told me 3 months ago, randomly. After when I wished him, I saw him a bit numb so I asked him: "your birthday was today or not?" He said, "yeah!" And then I saw a little smile on his face. Did he get any hint that I love him?

That's possible. Wishing someone their birthday is not the most effective way to tell someone "I love you" thus he could get the message he could not. But i am sure he understood that at least you care about him. Most likely in a special way. Specially when he didn't expected it. But if that would be definitely love? he couldn't be sure. And he might not really take the risk to put his thoughts this way because he might not want to cross his limits, or offend you or create misunderstanding. Therefore you need to make further actions if you wanna tell him "I love you" loud and clear with actions not words.

How i feel when some girl remembers my birthday?
I feel awesome. It's pleasant and i appreciate their care and the effort they put on me. It would definitely catch my attention to know okay this person cared for me while i haven't expected it. It would means a lot to me.

Office? Did I understand this is someone where you work? If so, consider not dating where you work if you value your job. If you don't care or can get another one easily then carry on. Otherwise when it all blows up you'll likely be looking for work too.
