I think this all depends on your relationship with this woman. Are you two friendly? If so, offer to take her to lunch. Chat with her about her future plans, show her you want to keep in touch. I’m not sure if this would work in your situation, but I like flowers and I never forgot it when a guy surprised me with flowers. Maybe a single red rose? I don’t know. Like I mentioned before, it depends how well you got to know this woman at work. You can also buy a card wishing her good luck and pass it around the office for people to sign. When you sign it put your cell phone number down. That’s another option.

Hmm, is the college close? If so, maybe you should consider asking her out. If she's close maybe you guys could date on the weekends. If she's far maybe you could ask her for her phone number or add her on social media to keep in contact with her

Honestly, just be yourself. If that's not enough to keep someone's attention or for them to remember you, you'll forever be working hard to keep their attention and "make" them remember you. You being you should be enough. You could also give a going away gift if you wanted. But you should be enough by yourself.

Probably the best way is to stay in touch with her. Maybe send her a little present once in a while. Don't be too disappointed if she finds somebody at school and forgets all about you.

I transferred to a different school and I bought her a couple of t-shirts from the college bookstore. Every time she wore the t-shirt she would think of me.
