How to make women come to me 🤔?

I Sometimes noticed women looking at me but I'm never sure it is positive how do I lure them to start to talk to me if it is positive

lol. Dude... If you wait for women to come to you, you are going to be very lonely. Unless you are super hot / flashing a bunch of money, women are not gonna approach you 99% of the time. Which I'm guessing you are not, because you are asking why women aren't approaching.

If you think she is attractive, and she is looking at you, go talk to her. Sometimes women will use this as an invite to come over, sometimes they are just looking. You don't know, you have to risk rejection.

The only way you are going to get anything close to this is online dating. Matching with someone. But that still requires you to contact them first in most cases. And get them on the date. You are also approaching the age when women start to expect a lot more out of the men they are looking for.

Based just on this question, and my assumption. You should be
1. Approaching women, the only way is through practice. You have to build up a callous to rejection.
2. Working on your career/body/hobbies. In that order. Career and money is most important as an older man.

If you have a way to make good money, or currently do. Do it. Once you approach 100k women start treating you much differently. They are paying attention to what your job is, where you take them, your car, where you live. Especially if they are hot. Don't be just throwing money around, that will attract the wrong woman, but you have to make it clear that you are financially stable in a subtle way.

If you have your shit together, women give you much more respect/attentiono, and you have a much better chance of getting HER to want YOU. Because most guys out here don't have their shit together.

A lot of women will say they don't do this, I have been on a lot of dates. And a few LTRs. Believe me, they do.

Tried online dating had 5 matches , in 4 years 2 ghosted me 1 I had a date with and ghosted me after other 2 were bots.

The women got in contact with in other ways never wanted more then a free therapist or as they say a friendship from me.

I Have my shit together I started my career by getting the highest position in my field.

In a small company wich I can use on my resumé later to get anyjob I want.

I Go to the gym 4 times a week run 2 and swim once.

I Don't want woman that wants my stuff I come from a big family with not much money not poor but tight

Only Thing I ever been complimented on until last week were my eyes. Now I got compliments on my gym work but only by men

So yeah I tried approaching myself for ever with no results
