Girl Blocked me but still talks to me and teases me when we see each other?

She has strong feelings for me but says she’s busy with classes and has me blocked on everything out of nowhere and never told me why. But continues the communication in person when we meet. I’m not sure what to do about the situation, but I just want to improve communication between us.

I would say she is messing with your feelings and knows that you have strong feelings for her.
I suggest that when she is talking to you, you ask her why she blocked you if the girl doesn't give you a straight answer there is a few things:

1. She really likes you back (hopefully this is the answer)
2. She is just messing with your feelings which is cruel.
3. she might have just forgotten to unblock you for some reason.

I wouldn't waste my time with her. The blocking you on everything is a red flag. This girl is trouble. She's going to string you along to get your attention, food, and money. While she does this she'll be playing the field and posting about it where you're blocked.
