Why is there this girl that always blocks me?

Her name is secret and she has always blocked me me and her don’t even talk or anything and I’ve never done anything offensive I used to post a lot of how do I look years ago and I guess that annoyed her but I don’t understand why she always blocks me and stuff and posts super provocative photos i don’t know why she’s like that? She once told me to stop looking for validation but she literally has her profile full of pictures of her in a thong bra and panty set Im so confused. Do people like that just want attention are they insecure?
