Why is my ex watching everything I post on Facebook?

She was the one who dumped me because of her emotional issues (depression) and not being "ready", it was after we were happy together and I tried to get even closer, then she went quite nervous and afraid. Now she does not want to talk because she thinks it will be awkward between us. Anyway, she watches my FB stories everyday and I believe it is intentional because it happens all the time and at regularly. I mean why is she doing this, to see what is going on in my life, if she does not want to talk? And yes, she liked me and was the one to pursue me in the beginning. The more I tried to pursue her now, the more she gets nervous about it, what should I do? I trully love her and can't just move on like that.

this is exactly what i did recently, let her know i respect her feelings and wish her good health, i know she does not have to but still follows my life and you are right, this is the best thing to do.

actually not that bad, i not only love her, i also like her and i know she is a good person but somehow troubled, no need for hard feelings. At least I know she likes me and keeps watching me, haha.

well, watching it 5 min after it was posted or doing it at odd hours would mean she has to watch it many times a day and i can see its triggered by notification, because its the first thing she does on fb

Maybe she misses you.
Maybe she has a FB routine that she follows and she watching your story is just another byproduct of that.
Maybe she is still curious if you have moved on, seeing someone.

yep, it's like i sometimes post 2-3 times a day as i always did, she watches all of this regularly, sometimes right after i post it. I know she has feelings for me but she is stubborn and has, like i mentioned, some issues with her mentality.
