Ex is bashing me on Facebook?

Me and my ex broke up 3 months ago. It was a long distance relationship and we were on and off for 2 years. It was a really toxic relationship and he played a lot of games for being a man in his 30s. Since the breakup I left him alone, no contact. Recently I find out he's bashing me online calling me a psycho, liar, sociopath, saying personal and private things about me, and he's even saying I'm stalking him. I can't believe he would do this. Why would a grown man in his thirties do this? Even his "grown" friends are bashing me online! This has upset me so much that I deactivated my Facebook. Any advice why a man would do this?

Maybe it happened to him in the past, or he's looking for attention and support to make himself feel better about the breakup. Or he's just an asshole who wants to make you feel bad. Anyhow, lots of people talk trash about the other when a relationship comes to a close. Usually this is just done in person. I've done it, and I've been on the receiving end of it. I've never taken it to Facebook or other social media though. Personally, I think social media is horrible for relationships, especially Facebook.

Because he is a insecure pice of shit! And wants everyone to think it was your fault. Instead of his. And most likely he is the one that did most of what he is saying.
You just have to forget about it. Arguing with him won't solve anything. Trying to justify your self won't help. Just be the better person. And leave it be. Unless he is doing illegal things. Then you need to contact the authorities, and make a report.
