He will come up to ne deoending on how he's feeling and either put me down with criticism or he will give me compliments or act flirty/cute/baby me. I can practically smell it in the air with one guy at work.

I am not the type to stand up for myself. I put others first and its a struggle even trying to try to defend myself against those who take advantage. I am being bullied at work and roommates now. This is my normal. Its a hard thing for me. Anyway im sure some other women can handle it. But i think many are like me. Plus i think most men are ego
