What prompted this question, Jenn?

If you're wanting to move a different direction with your life and retire from dancing, I'd say go for it. Otherwise, most guys are going to be insanely jealous. I met a stripper who married a rancher once and they were very happy together from what I could tell. They'd been married for a number of years.

I'd just be careful because you've said before that you are a submissive. That could attract controlling type guys who may not give you any freedom or grace. Any guy who starts making rules for you is a red flag, girl.

As for the cooking/cleaning aspect, I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you keep him happy in the bedroom, most guys are more than happy to hire a cleaning service, take you out to dinner, order in, or cook the dinner themselves. I'm not too worried about your ability to keep a guy happy, though. :)

I don't know if kids would enter the picture, but that's something to consider, too. Kids are a lot of work and you'd need to make sure the burden and investment effort is evenly shared.

Don't do that mistake. It will not bring you anything you cannot have if you remain single.

There are too many unknowns when you get married and you abandon everything you have achieved and for what?

You will have more headaches than you ever had as a single person, you lose your freedom in favor of chains and you will be cheated on in a few years. Is that really worth it?

You don't get married to be taken care of. You don't even really need marriage to be in a loving secure relationship. And thet should be your priority. Whether with a man or woman.

The kind of man who would take care of you has requirements/standards for his girlfriend/fiance/wife. It's not a given that you meet the standards if you have spent your life focused on yourself and making everything about what's best for you. It takes a certain skill to be good in a relationship. Well, that takes years to establish and then the engagement takes another year or a year and a half to get married. You have to find the right guy because remember it takes years to build a relationship and to establish one and seconds to destroy it.
