Is it ever ok to go for a married man, or do I run away?

I met a married man online and we started a casual friendship. We have never met in person. This has been going on so long now and we talk/ FaceTime and text all day every day and I have started to really fall for him and he has said the same to me.

We now have a date planned to meet each other which I was so excited about but now I’m thinking is this a waste of time? It didn’t feel so wrong until now because we had never met in person and I guess I kinda just didn’t feel like it was real. But now it is very real and I’m wondering if I should stop before it goes any further because I feel I will end up getting hurt (I also don’t want to hurt anyone else) but I also can’t help myself and feel like I will regret it if I don’t.

Most people overestimate how much actual drama they can handle.

Betrayal is hard to forgive, and you're gonna be a part of it. That's gonna take a toll on your conscience one way or the other, and very likely come to bite you in the ass sometime.
It's also going to skew your image of men towards the negative. The more men you can bring to cheat the more men are gonna be cheaters in your mind. The lesser your opinion of men, the easier it becomes for any men to impress you, just by being not so bad. It's gonna lower your standards in the long run and will make you easy prey for those just marginally better than those who I hesitate to even call "men", if they consciously, premeditatedly, and probably also constistenly and systemically, cheat on their women.

You will have two options and not one more:
1- he’ll use you and throw you after getting padam padam … then cry about not being able to leave the wife and you’ll be forever owning his heart ( newsflash liiiiies)


2- he’ll leave her after months of drama …. Then he’ll do you exaaaaactly the same but worse as he’ll throw it to ur face that you are too a cheater.
