Recently my crush has done that when I’ve chatted with him. I’ve noticed that guys are comfortable to do that when they would send you hearts anyway.

He always views my stories and never misses then. So far my main way of talking to him has been by replying to his stories. When I’ve done that he seemed to like talking to me.
I noticed after the last time we talked that he has not updated his stories for 3 weeks. After we talked he has updated his story only once. I don't know if it Is his way of getting my attention or getting me to straight message him without replying to his stories 

I don't know would he go quiet so I would miss him and message him?

I also noticed after 3 passed since we talked he made his instagram Public on Sunday. I had posted to my story Saturday me taking a walk in our city’s downtown and my bestfriend said that my story looked like I was on a date. I don't know if that made him jealous (there was no guy in my story by the way, just scenery lol)

Sounds like you two need to connect on a more personal level. Like text or phone. Very difficult to read into someone from social media. All sorts of misunderstandings can happen. Hell, that can happen in text!

Could be a number of things. Busy? 3 weeks is a while though. Sometimes people get bored with social media. I mean, we can speculate all day until we are talking about a shark eating his phone for the reason of no updates.

Best advice is be just message him. It lets him know you have an interest. Is that a bad thing?
