Like you look up and she is walking towards you eyes looking directly at you, your face and you guys make eye contact, after a few seconds she gets nervous looks down looks up at you again eye contact again and quickly looks down again.

She did that because for a split second she was vulnerable enough for you to read her. If you would've spoken to her she would have remained eye contact.

Thanks. I talked to her another day and introduced myself to her. I apologize to her. She seemed friendly and was like no worries. I told my name and asked her name. She asked for my name again. But even after I introduced myself to her I caught her glancing at me again more discreetly this time.
