Focus on yourself and yourself only. It’s a rough route to take and it can be rewarding. If you hear people talk about your favorite hobbies or tv show. Stay out of the conversation. An opinion you agree or disagree with? Stay out of the conversation. Don’t engage unless someone engages with you. Don’t tell people your problems unless they ask. Of course going to therapy is an exception if you need it. While you do this you’ll have more time to yourself and to focus on yourself. You could truly find yourself and perhaps some talents. Though of course this doesn’t mean it’s okay to be a dick to everyone. It’s always good to help someone in need. You may be rewarded greatly for it. I have a few times and it feels great.


Since I’ve done started in High School my grades improved and I hit honor role, I got a good job, and even living a better life.


Try not to worry about much and stay open minded while keeping to yourself. Enjoy the little things in life and you’ll definitely be happy!

Try laying down on a cold floor in a silent room where you can't hear anything other than the humming of the A/C vents around you.

That feeling you feel in that state is similiar to how I feel when I try to not care nor give a fuck. After a while it becomes normal and almost as easy as breathing. Second nature.
