I often wonder if there are women whose intuition tells them their guy is cheating but they continue on in the relationship or just ignore the red flags.
This woman I know of constantly speaks about how much her guy loves her and how mature and stable their relationship is. He definitely spoiles her with luxury gifts and trips and is very public about their relationship. On social media he doesn't post her but she posts him regularly. Although they both got tattoos of each other's names. His name is big and across her back and her name is on his leg.
Yet he cheats. I have sent anonymous messages to her with some key facts. I did it because he wanted to solicit me for sex. Her reaction was ambivalent and while she did inquire about a few details she landed on telling me that his wanting to cheat was between he and I. So, I left the matter alone. I just had felt bad for her as she'd miscarried their child all while he cheated on. He's even given another woman an STD. I know this from my friend group. So, I imagine he's had to spread STD to her.
Meanwhile she acts unbothered in public while acting like her relationship is better than most. Posting gifts He's bought her on social media etc. She is also the type to define herself as a "bad bitch" because she does well financially and is very popular in our city. Like kind of famous.
So, I wonder why she stays with him? Especially since she has a son from a prior relationship she's responsible for. Is this what true love looks like? Is she really unaware of his cheating ways?
