I suffer social anxiety and major depressive disorder and I sometimes worry what people think mainly in situations of I want to make my own decisions I try not to let it get to me but sometimes gets the best of me how do I just say screw it?

I'm glad you healed! And it is I went through a phase where I just didn't care now its like I'm back to square one. I might just remind myself that it doesn't matter what people are saying about me or think. I have started going into cafe on my own now which I wouldn't do before. Thankyou I will do some soul searching
