How to stop worrying what others say and think?

Honestly, you have ONE LIFE, one single chance here on this earth that you will not ever have again. You are you, and no one else can ever be you.
WHY bother letting the opinions or thoughts of other people have such a negative impact on your daily life?

There will always be people who dislike you. And thats OK! We are human, we all have our likes, dislikes, and that includes in people, peoples characteristics, charms, etc. too!
Dont be so hard on yourself. :)

Why do you care so much about what others may think? Why is THEIR opinion of you so much more important than what your own feelings and thoughts of yourself are?
Once you figure out WHY you're focusing on the things people are saying, or the reason you're giving people who dont even matter, so much pull in your life, you will realize how little it actually means. Truly. You dont ever need to worry about what others think of you.

Ask yourself"
- why am I giving these / other people so much power to judge me?
- what am I so worried about? Is it being accepted by everyone, or being liked?
- Why do I need the approval of others so badly, or let their thoughts of who I am claim importance over my OWN thoughts and feelings?
- What am I dealing with here; do I have an insecurity? Maybe i feel im not able to be my true self, and i feel unworthy?

Whatever you're dealing with, it takes time, but you'll overcome this. Chances are by this time next year, you'll reflect back and think how silly you were to let these peoples opinions have such an effect on your life and how you feel about yourself.
