I'd imagine something along the lines of ""it works better for you in the long run if you start with less weight."
Ideally you want to always do whatever you can do 2-4 sets of 10-15 reps of. You'll find that if you keep trying to do things you can't do the full range of motion for, you advance far slower than if you know your limits but push them steadily.

If the women are worth anything, they will respect you for trying. When they don't, they are NOT worth it. Always remember this meme:
I just hope he doesn’t kill himself in the gym, just like weight loss is good but anorexia is bad, eating is good but obesity is bad, he should do what he can but not try so hard that it is endangering his health.
Usually some inexperienced immature guy who thinks he's alpha and doesn't know to leave his ego at home

They are committed to getting better. They should be proud of themselves.
Let a girl help him and show him how it's done.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with people struggling to do what they want to do. No one gets something correct the first time so I would simply cheer him up.
Aren't you supposed to struggle? That's a good thing because that means you're working hard and doing what you're supposed to do. I would cheer him on.
If I am at the gym, the only thing I think about men is, "I hope he doesn't bother me" Though if you aren't struggling then you aren't working out right... the whole point is to push yourself
I’m proud of and happy for every person I see at the gym. I don’t know where any of them are on their fitness journeys, if they have medical conditions, or anything else about them.. but I do know they are trying and that’s really cool.
Glad he’s putting in the effort.
You’ve gotta start somewhere.nothing, workouting is difficult so struggling is normal. no reason to think too much of woman opinions on ojr masculinity. that's just a sign of insecurity, but there's nothing wrong with being insecure, I think...
I think damn look at him lifting that, I can't even lift half that weight🤷♀️
Who cares? How are you expecting to grow stronger muscles if you don’t rep out until failure or more endurance if you don’t elevate that heart rate?
I don’t know, I think seeing a guy lift so much weight that the bar is bending and his veins are popping is hot af.
I think nothing. I am too busy working on my own body in the gym to care.
Like if you can’t get on the treadmill? I’d imagine that would be frowned upon.
what do you mean, like they can lift and need help or dont know how to do a certai n exercise properly?
Keep on keeping on 💪
At least They're out there.
Nothing really. It's not my business to judge.
That they are probably challenging themselves.
Depends on how they struggle.
